Dormitories

Dorm housing at NYU is available from Friday night June 16 through Thursday night June 22; a full 7 night payment is required. This housing consists of individual sleeping rooms in a suite with a shared bath.

Those with dorm reservations: Reservations can be cancelled until May 30th for a $75 processing fee. After May 30th they are non-refundable. Please note that the reception desk is not staffed after 11:00 pm, and anyone who is staying in the dorms and is arriving after that time should notify Beth Howard on bhoward at cs dot cornell dot edu.

There are many other hotels in NYC, and NYU is easily accessible by subway (the A, E and 6 lines).  For those wishing to make other arrangements, in addition to the major online sites you might consider www.quikbook.com which is based in NY.
