Instructions
Blind review: CVPR reviewing is double blind: authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Please see the author kit for detailed explanations of how to ensure this.
Dual submission: By submitting this manuscript to CVPR, the authors assert that it has not been previously published in substantially similar form, and no paper currently under submission to a conference contains significant overlap with this one. The conference chairs reserve the right to cancel submission of any paper which is found to violate this condition. If you are in doubt about the amount of overlap, cite the dual submission (as described in the author kit), and argue in the body of your paper why this is a nontrivial advance. A journal submission may be concurrent, but would be expected to have significant additional material not in the conference submission, and the final revision should not have been submitted until after the CVPR reviews have been made available to the authors. Ideally the final journal version should be prepared after the conference, in order that feedback from the conference delegates can be included.
Paper length: Papers are limited to eight pages in length. Page charges will be applied at the rate of $100 per page for pages seven and eight. The final camera-ready paper must not have fewer pages than the review copy. Overlength papers (including those where the margins do not follow the author kit guidelines) will not be reviewed.
